Bystronic

Bystronic has long been recognized as an industry leader in laser cutting systems. PR-Series (Beyeler)

• Highly accurate and repeatable proportional valve hydraulics
• Dynamic Pressure Reference (PR) system monitors bend angle without cumbersome mechanical systems
• Built-in dynamic crowning system automatically sets required crown per bend regardless of tooling position on bed

 

Hammerle

• Utilizes unique 3-point bending concept – the bending angle is determined by three precisely defined points in the lower tool
• Top tools are supported by a hydraulic cushion to follow the bending line of the machine bed for consistent angles across the entire length of the bend
• PC-based control with Windows operating system is automatically calculates part stretch-out, bending sequence and collision avoidance.

 

3-Point Bending

• With 3-point bending the points of contact are all on the same side of the material.
• Angle is determined by the CNC height adjustment in the bottom tool
