Geka

Geka builds ironworkers in capacities from 40 to 240 tons. Their machines have a reputation for durability and quality. They Hydracrop series features a true dual cylinder design for maximum productivity. The machines accept standard punch and dies available through Action Machinery.

Hydracrop

• True dual station machine – punch head is a separate gib-guided cylinder that moves straight up and down for longer punch life, better hole quality and ease of alignment
• Rear stations use guided slide mechanism to ensure proper clearance between shear blades for life of machine
• Structural die block is included as standard – enables punching of channels, beam flanges and other structural parts

Semi-Paxi

• Computer controlled X and Y axis positioning system greatly reduces set up time and part accuracy by eliminating layout
• Rugged gauging system available for travels from 40” to 160” in length (X-axis) and 16” to 25” in depth (Y-axis)
• Easy to use control with memory for storage of repeat jobs
