Davi is recognized around the world as a leader in roll bending technology. The company has been building plate roll bending machines since 1966. The company pioneered 4-roll bending technology that greatly reduces the labor and skill required to form cylinders. Davi has recently opened Davi, Inc. in Rockford, IL to support North American sales and service of its products.

 

MAX Series

• Entry level hydraulically driven, 3-roll initial pinch rolls
• Standard hydraulic positioning of bending roll and hydraulic drop end typically found only on higher cost machines
• Maximum pre-bending force provided via hydraulic pinch and bending roll minimizes flat for best quality parts

 

MCA Series

• Unique 4-roll machine available for lighter applications up to _"
• 4-roll configuration eliminates need to remove material when pre-bending trailing edge of part provides tremendous labor savings
• All hydraulic operation with automatic surface speed compensation for heavier materials

 

MCB Series

• Production 4-roll configuration ideal for heavy materials - capacities up to X
• Material is always clamped between top and pinch roll - position is always known, ideal for CNC operation (optional)
• Pre-bending is accomplished with material in horizontal position reducing the need for cranes during the bending process
• Patented Planetary Swing Guides allow bending rolls to position higher on top roll for extremely small diameters (1.1 x top roll)
